This album happened because SMALL and Dave Ross are friends. Dave met SMALL touring through Atlanta years ago, and he made a habit of seeing their shows whenever he could, just as they did with his. One day they were drunk in Brooklyn and someone said the word "split" and they all basically started crying from joy. They also all think this flower has a dick.
